"All the processes we implement in Anffy are automated and can be customized and adjusted anytime. In the face of future business changes, we can act with greater agility, swiftly adapting, optimizing, and improving to navigate evolving industry challenges effectively."

Chen Bo, Senior IT Engineer, TCCI (Ningbo) Mechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. said.
TCCI (Ningbo) Mechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (referred to as TCCI (Ningbo)) stands as a wholly foreign-owned enterprise established by TCCI International Group in Ningbo. The company specializes in producing automotive air conditioning compressors, carburetors, and other automotive components, boasting industry-leading production equipment for machining, assembly, inspection, and testing.
As TCCI (Ningbo) experienced growth, conventional management methods proved inadequate to meet its evolving needs, and the associated challenges became evident:
Additional cost expenditures: The customization, printing, and mailing of paper documents incurred both time and financial costs. Inconvenient paper document management: Storing physical documents not only consumed substantial space but also posed challenges when searching, using, and analyzing specific documents. Low communication efficiency: Many work details were conveyed orally, making it difficult to relay task details and progress accurately and in a timely manner. This was particularly challenging in equipment repair, where inaccurate information could lead to multiple trips for repair workers, causing delays. Equipment supervisors also faced difficulties in promptly understanding the tasks and progress of equipment repair personnel, hindering efficient task allocation. Unsmooth workflow: The submission of certain paper documents required employees to submit them personally, leading to delays if leaders were traveling or in meetings.
In pursuit of enhanced operational efficiency, TCCI (Ningbo) embarked on a journey of digital transformation, ultimately opting for the Anffyno-code development platform. Currently, TCCI (Ningbo) has implemented 27 core applications with Light Flow, covering areas such as equipment repair, office supplies/labor protection supplies procurement, leave management, and attendance clock-in approval process management. This deployment has significantly elevated the efficiency of enterprise office operations.

Highlighted demonstrations of application effectiveness:

Convenient equipment repair and timely handling: TCCI (Ningbo), being a renowned mechanical manufacturing company, manages numerous machines and equipment. Previously, equipment malfunctions were reported through paper documents or internal workgroups, leading to incomplete information transmission and delayed repairs.

Now, employees directly access the "Equipment Repair Application" through the enterprise WeChat workbench or scan the equipment's repair QR code to initiate the repair request. After selecting the malfunction location and equipment number, the application automatically populates corresponding responsible personnel and equipment information. After supplementing information about the equipment's current status, the request can be submitted.

The process then automatically circulates, and relevant responsible personnel promptly receive pending tasks for quick repairs. Upon completion, workshop personnel related to the equipment receive notifications of the concluded repair.

To prevent extended downtime due to equipment spare part shortages, TCCI (Ningbo) has implemented the "Equipment Group Safety Stock" application in the Anffysystem. When inventory falls below a specified value, material management personnel receive notifications through various channels, prompting them to purchase materials and replenish inventory. Additionally, TCCI (Ningbo) tracks the downtime of each piece of equipment, using the average repair time as one of the indicators for assessing the work efficiency of maintenance personnel.
Categorized procurement, standardized storage: TCCI (Ningbo) has streamlined the procurement, storage, and distribution of office supplies and labor protection supplies online using Light Flow, enabling categorized management.

Upon receiving a new purchase request, it automatically enters the corresponding approval process based on the purchasing category. Purchase order information is seamlessly integrated with finance and the warehouse. After arrival, the process automatically transfers to the warehouse for "storage confirmation."

Post-storage, the inventory information table is automatically updated through the AnffyQ-Robot automation engine.

With the "Print Template" function, purchase orders and storage orders can be printed with a single click, facilitating subsequent financial reimbursement work. Furthermore, all information throughout the process is automatically retained, making it convenient for later tracing; searching by keywords allows for the quick retrieval of corresponding purchase order information.
"Effortless" leave application, convenient for employees: TCCI (Ningbo)'s leave system is based on hours, with varying principles for calculating leave hours for the machine processing team, assembly team, and general employees.

To simplify employee operations, TCCI (Ningbo) created three leave application forms and utilized Anffyfunctions to automatically calculate leave time.

Employees from different groups choose the corresponding application, filling in the start and end times of leave. The total leave hours are automatically calculated and displayed.

To enable employees to understand their holiday quotas clearly, TCCI (Ningbo) created an "Annual Leave Inventory Table" below the leave application form. Employees can click to see how much holiday they have used and how much remains, eliminating the need for repeated confirmation with the HR department.
In addition to the above demonstrations, TCCI (Ningbo), leveraging the flexibility and rapid implementation characteristics of the Anffyno-code development platform, has nurtured employees' "digital awareness." When there is a sudden need for information collection, employees now build applications with Anffyinstead of using the original method of group messaging. In just a few minutes, significant time is saved on repetitive and inefficient collection and statistics work.
